good value for the money (we payed about 60 euros for the room). very calm, very clean, excellent beds, excellent breakfast, english speaking helpful staff, good location (near the city center and the beach), big rooms, big bathroom with big mirror and hot water.
everything was fine, but we wouldn't pay more than 60 euros for the double room... the wifi was free, but if you wanted to use a computer you had to pay for the internet which we found exagerated. the breakfast was very good, but compaired to the normal prices a bit expensive. (normally we payed the half in any other café)
very good location in the center and also good parking place.
The staff was very nice and helped me get around the city, and they had my room ready when I arrived at 8am!!
The breakfast was very limited, only croissants and toast available.
The location is great. The staff is friendly. The room is relatively spacious and it is clean.
Noise from the main street if you open the window
The situation of the hotel was very good - just near the park, the main walking area of Malaga and the seaside alley. There is no need to use transportation to see the city.
The maintenance of the room I was situated could be better. The paint on the walls was peeled.
Great staff, great hotel, central location, public transportation right outside the door. Could walk to many tourist attractions, heart of downtown. For the budget minded who want a clean centrally located hotel with great staff.
Good Hotel with a very god location. The hotel staff werekindly.
A lovely typically Spanish hotel. Quite basic but comfortable with very friendly helpful staff. Nice bathrooms with hairdryer and plenty of hot water. Great location for the old city, Port and beach. Breakfast of toasted baguette with ham and cheese, yogurt, orange juice tea or coffee is sufficient and good value at 4 euros.
Our room was fine, large enough clean etc. just a bit dark and dreary as located down the side of the hotel, so not much light came into the room. But we did get one of the last rooms.
Staff was helpful, discreet and friendly. Quiet and very clean hotel, the room was good sized, bathroom fully fitted, they even had hairdryer for a 3-star hotel. Very good location of the hotel, close to all tourist attractions. The airport express bus stops almost in front of the hotel. I recommend this hotel for a short stay in Malaga.
A very clean and tidy hotel which is ideally situated next to the harbour, the town and the castle. The transfer from the airport is a dream as the airport bus drops you off right outside the hotel and just over the main road for the return trip. The room was of a fair size with comfortable beds, large bathroom with plenty of hot water and very friendly staff.
Hotel was booked on a room only basis, so we thought we would try the breakfast on the first morning however thought it was a little expensive at 4 euros for one small coffee, two pieces of toast and a glass of orange. We found plenty of options out and about.
I would give Venecia a rating of 5 on 5 for the location, its really close to all the main attractions and on the main area, the public transport and shopping are just few mins walk Its a good value for money..
The room was quite average for the price. Not to expect much out of the facilities for the price . The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
Extremely good value for money with larger than average rooms. The location was perfect for the city and the airport bus (2 euros each ! ) stopped outside the door.
Because it is a city hotel it could be a little noisy at night but no worse than other city hotels that we have stayed in.
Great location. The bus from the airport stops just by the door (line A) so you are saving on taxis straight away. We would recommend a small restaurant we found by the beach (Malagueta beach) called The Horizon, Truly local, fresh, great food. You have to make some effort to be understood, as the barmans, owners do nor speak English. Low prices and great selection of tapas. We did not see any tourists there but maybe cos we were there in Feb. Having said that the place was full. Worth checking!
The rooms were rather basic, and even though we stayed there outside of the season ( February) they would not give us anything better ( we had horrible view to dilapidated building-room 207) Staff had very little English, however, they tried... The hotel itself is only a place where you can sleep, no English channels. Breakfast-4 Euro, very basic, toast, yogurt, orange juice and coffee. Try to stay there for couple of days and have the same every morning. There was no other option, apparently...
Very close to everything. Airport busstup outside.
Ideal location for sites and shopping. Close to Cruise Terminal.
Nothing - price is reflected in what is offered.
